Which areas do you service?
Primarily Andover and North Andover, Massachusetts. Travel beyond these areas can be accommodated on a limited basis.
How do I request a Certificate of Insurance?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll ask our agent to send you one.
What precautions are taken to prevent lawn damage?
Due to the nature of the work and the equipment needed some lawn disruption can be expected. We make every effort to minimize damage by using heavy duty mats and by planning ahead. The details of how we plan to execute the job and what you can expect will be discussed with you during your estimate.
Do you have a winter work list?
YES! If you have a back yard project that requires frozen ground please contact us several months in advance to get an estimate. The winter schedule fills up quickly and weather can be unpredictable.
What happens if I live on a busy street and need a police detail?
Police details are scheduled in 4 or 8 hour increments. We take care of contacting the town to schedule the detail and the cost is passed through onto your final invoice. This is detailed in the agreed scope of work before the job starts.
Do I need to be home the day the work is performed?
Your choice! Many of our customers trust us to execute the job without them being there, and others prefer being home. Our schedule is generally booked out 3-5 days in advance (weather permitting) and we’re happy to accommodate you as best we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash or electronic bank transfer (sorry, no credit cards) and payment is due upon completion of the job.
Do you sell seasoned firewood?
Not at this time.
